For bookings, you may be asked for your credit/debit card details to guarantee the booking. Please see 'Deposit Payments' section below for online booking requiring deposits at time of booking. 

If for any reason you cannot fulfil your booking, please ensure you cancel online at least four (4) hours in advance.

Booking terms and conditions for festive and key dates are subject to change and will be released closer to the date.

We will be enforcing any local government guidelines and changes - management decision is final.

Each restaurant booking made with Liberty Bar and Restaurant Group Limited (trading as TGI Fridays UK) (“TGI Fridays”) for ten guests or more (including adults and/or children) for a date between 1 November 2024 and 5 January 2025 (inclusive) may require a deposit to be paid in advance by the individual making the booking to TGI Fridays on the following terms and conditions: 
1.    Where relevant, a deposit of £5 per guest will be taken by debit or credit card from the individual making the booking at the time the booking is made which, subject to paragraph 2 below, will be deducted from the overall bill. 
2.    If: (i) you need to: (A) cancel your booking; (B) amend the date or time of your booking; (C) amend your booking by reducing the number of guests the booking is for; or (ii) if your group or some of your group fail to turn up for your booking, the following terms apply:
2.1    for reservations cancelled at least 14 days in advance of the booking date, a full refund of the deposit will be given;
2.2    for reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of the booking date, no refund of the deposit will be given;
2.3    should you wish to move your booking date and/or time, this can be done by contacting the relevant TGI Fridays’ restaurant (contact details can be found on our website – www.tgifridays.co.uk) at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.  Any such move is subject to availability;
2.4    for any reduction to number of guests the original booking was made for, the total deposit amount will be deducted off the final bill.  No refund will be provided;
2.5    if your group fail to turn up for your booking, no refund will be given;
2.6    if some of your group fail to turn for your booking, the total deposit amount will be deducted off the final bill.  No refund will be provided.  
3    Any increase in the number of guests that a booking is for can be requested by contacting the relevant TGI Fridays’ restaurant (contact details can be found on our website – www.tgifridays.co.uk). Any request for an increase in the number of guests that a booking is for is subject to availability.
4    Any cancellation which is eligible for a deposit refund in accordance with these terms and conditions will be processed automatically, you do not need to contact us to request the refund.
5    Any refund, once processed, may take 7 to 10 working days to reappear in your account.
6    Should you need to contact our restaurant after a visit, please contact us within four weeks of the date of your booking to enable us to investigate your feedback fully.  We regret that we may be unable to investigate feedback provided after this time.
7    These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the party booking date are entitled to a full refund;

Any amendment to a party booking must be made at least 48 hours before the party date;

All party bookings are for 90 minutes, and will not be extended for any late arrivals;

All parties require an adult aged 18 or older to be present for the duration of the session. A valid identification showing proof of age may be required by the Supervisor. TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to refuse participation for parties who fail to provide a responsible adult and proof of age;

Each party booking entitles guests to a Capri-Sun Zero on arrival, a dish from the United Tastes of America menu, and a Create Your Own Dessert. Dishes and Drinks are subject to availability;

TGI Fridays™ Mini Stripes Party Package bookings cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or promotions (including, without limitation, Kids Eat Free, UNiDAYS, Blue Light Card or any other partner promotion or discounts, any TGI Fridays’ Rewards offers);

Guests may add a main course to their Bottomless Brunch for an additional +£10 per person from the selected range within the menu.
6.    Each guest’s Bottomless Brunch drink must be chosen from the stated range and can be swapped at anytime during the Bottomless Brunch.
7.    Drinks choices for Bottomless Brunch are limited to a 125ml glass of prosecco, a pint of TGI Fridays™ American Pilsner, single standard spirit & mixer (House Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey) with (Coca-Cola™ Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Schweppes Lemonade), an orange juice or a less than 0.5% ABV CleanCo Gin & Tonic. You may upgrade your drink to a cocktail from the stated list for an additional cost of +£5 per person. 
8.    The whole table must upgrade to take part in this offer.

each TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass costs £27 per person and is available at participating TGI Fridays restaurants in England and Wales and Scotland. A deposit of £10 per person is payable when booking;

each TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass may be booked online or in the relevant TGI Fridays restaurant. Bookings online must be made at least 7 days prior to the relevant TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass session. Bookings in the relevant restaurant may be made during opening hours until two hours before closing time and may be feasible within the 7 days prior to the relevant TGIFridays Cocktail Masterclass session;

the remaining cost of the TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass must be paid in full upon arrival on the day;

a TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass booking cancelled 14 days or more before the relevant TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass session shall be entitled to a full refund;

TGI Fridays UK offers the TGI Fridays UK Stripes Rewards Program (the "Rewards Program") to reward and thank our loyal restaurant customers. The Stripes Rewards Program is available to enrolled members at participating TGI Fridays UK restaurants in the UK only (this excludes Belfast which is not part of the UK franchise). Rewards accumulated under the Stripes Rewards Program are promotional and have no cash value. There are no membership fees associated with the Rewards Program.

You may only use the Stripes Rewards Program if you are over the age of 18 and by becoming a Stripes Rewards member you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and these Stripes Rewards App Rules.

You can enrol in the Stripes Rewards Program and create a Stripes Rewards account (“Rewards Account”) in one of the following ways:

By registering within the mobile application of a participating banking services provider that allows you to link your payment card to your Stripes Rewards Account.

Your Stripes Rewards Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others. You may have only one (1) Rewards Account.

As a part of the Stripes Rewards Program, TGI Fridays UK will send you transactional, informational, and promotional messages and/or offers in line with our Privacy Notice to the contact information that you provide as part of your registration.

These communications may happen in the form of push notifications through the Stripes Rewards App, email, and/or any other ways you may have selected when you enrolled in the Rewards Program. If your contact information changes, or if you wish to change your contact information or the method by which we send you messages, please log into your Stripes Rewards Account and update your contact information or preferences.

Members will earn and receive stripes toward rewards by making qualified purchases at participating restaurants and scanning the bar code on the receipt from your purchase with the built in scanner in the App or uploading manually.

You will earn one stripe per purchase of £1 or more. You will not earn a stripe towards an earned Reward if you spend less than a total of £0.99 in one transaction at a participating TGI Fridays UK restaurant. Stripes earned are rounded to the nearest pound. For e.g. if you spent £10.49 you would earn 10 stripes. If you spent £10.50 or above you would earn 11 stripes. You can track the stripes and Rewards you have already earned and that you may earn in the future by logging into your Stripes Rewards Account History. Stripes are valid for 365 days from the day they were earned after which they will expire.

If your redemption is unsuccessful when in the restaurant, you will need to flag this within the Help section of the app. This Reward will be re-gifted to your account. No refunds will be made available in the case of unsuccessful redemptions, or in cases where vouchers or Rewards were not received or expired at the time of purchase within the restaurant.

Members are able to earn and receive 100 stripes towards Rewards by sharing their individual Referral Code with friends and family. This Code must be entered by the referral recipient during signup and cannot be added any other time. The 100 stripes will be credited to you when the recipient makes a reward purchase and scans their first receipt to earn stripes.

Receipt barcodes are valid for one month from date of visit, after which they will no longer be able to be scanned.

If your receipt scan is unsuccessful at the time of purchase, please send a photo of it via the Help section within the app. Please note that we cannot accept any other receipts or statements in order to credit stripes, as we need the unique receipt barcode to verify your purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reward stripes for missing, forgotten, or lost receipts, or receipts not printed due to printer errors, unless the guest is able to provide the date of visit and the exact total amount paid. No alternative will be offered in the event that a receipt cannot be located.

Stripes cannot be awarded for Click & Collect or TGI Fridays Delivered purchases. Stripes can only be redeemed during dine-in visits.

Unfortunately, we are unable to gift stripes for Deliveroo or Just Eat orders.

Earned stripes will take up to 24 hours to credit to your account.

Reward for signing up will be delivered within 48 hours of download.

Members can also earn and receive stripes toward Rewards by using their payment card from a participating bank whilst it is linked to their Rewards Account to make a purchase. To earn points using this method, Members will need to link their payment card from a participating bank to their Rewards Account using the mobile application of a participating banking services provider. Please note that if a Member’s transaction is not paid for entirely with their linked payment card (for example, if a Member splits their payment with another guest) then only the amount paid for with the linked payment card will be eligible for stripes.

TGI Fridays UK reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the Rewards Program any Rewards Account that has been inactive for 3 years. Inactive is defined as no Rewards earned.

The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. No correspondence will be entered into.

By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

One winner will be selected by the Promoter at random on 7th January 2025.  

In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

The prize

The prize is a two night stay in London, including breakfast, return train travel within the UK mainland to London for two adults and two children under the age of 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.  

The prize package also contains a 1 hour ice-skating experience at an iconic London landmark, a 2 hour guided tour across Notting Hill as featured in Richard Curtis’ most beloved films and a festive family meal at TGI Fridays up to the value of £150.

At least one person travelling in the winner’s group must be aged 18 or over. Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to provide evidence of parent or guardian permission prior to travel and all recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.

The prize includes travel by standard class train from UK mainland stations to London only, as well as return station transfers in London. Train journeys may be indirect and not all routes will be available. The journey itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at its sole discretion.  

The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package and all elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;

A valid credit or debit card for security deposit purposes and/or incidentals will be required by the hotel at check-in and therefore at least one of the winner and their companions must possess and travel with a valid debit or credit card which is accepted in the UK.  

It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over.  

The winners must contact the prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure. Prize cannot be taken over from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter. Dates once provided to the prize provider cannot be changed and the prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;

All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.  All bookings shall be made by the prize provider.  Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. The prize is not negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.  

Ice skating experience is available seasonally, if unavailable over the winner’s chosen travel dates, an alternative activity of equal monetary value will be provided;  

TGI FRIDAYS gift card is provided to the value of £150, additional terms relating to the gift card will be provided upon booking;

Winners

The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Promoter will contact the winner via email on Friday, 10th January 2025.

By entering the competition you consent to the Promoter announcing your win on its social media channels and identifying you by your first name.  

Claiming the prize

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email. If the winner has not responded within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.

Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, none of the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents or distributors or such liability cannot by law be excluded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its social media channels and any other media in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes.

Data protection

You agree that if successful, you and your travel partners will provide your contact and passport details to the prize provider within three days for the purpose of arranging travel and accommodation.  

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Notice (www.tgifridays.co.uk/privacy-notice/), provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing the winner agrees that its personal data may be shared by the Promoter with any partners or agencies the Promoter is working with to provide this promotion and/or the prize.

Any personal data submitted by the winner to Element London Limited (the “prize provider”) will be treated in accordance with prize provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.

General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or that you do not meet the entry requirements, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and Scotland.

TGI Fridays is committed to operating high animal welfare standards and practices and, as one of the UK’s leading restaurant groups, we will only source meat from suppliers who share our commitment. As such, we require suppliers to demonstrate management of animal welfare from farm to fork and at any given time be able to provide the relevant information on request.

What we are already doing at TGI Fridays
We already require all of our meat suppliers to ensure that their farmers and producers comply with UK and, if applicable, EU animal welfare legislation for the relevant species.  We also support the Five Freedoms principles proposed by the Farm Animal Welfare Council on the protection of animals kept for farming purposes and insist that our meat suppliers are independently audited to ensure that they are following these principles. The principles are:
1.    Freedom from hunger and thirst: by having fresh water available, as well as a suitable diet to maintain health.
2.    Freedom from discomfort: by providing safe and healthy environment that has protection from the elements and a comfortable resting area.
3.    Freedom from pain, injury and disease: by prevention or rapid diagnosis and treatment
4.    Freedom to display normal behaviour: by providing sufficient space, proper facilities and socialising with other animals of their own kind.
5.    Freedom from fear and distress: by preventing overcrowding, and by ensuring conditions and treatment which avoid mental suffering.

We are conscious that our customers are becoming increasingly concerned and mindful about how their food is sourced and as part of our sourcing strategy, we endeavour to continue to source and improve the welfare of animals in our supply chain.

The Better Chicken Commitment
Here at TGI Fridays, we are known for our chicken and especially our famous sesame chicken strips covered in our secret legendary glaze. TGI Fridays is committed to improving chicken welfare standards and has signed up to the Better Chicken Commitment (BCC). We are committed to meet or exceed the standards set out in the BCC by 2026 for 100% of the chicken in our supply chain.

1.    Comply with all EU animal welfare laws and regulations, regardless of the country of production.
2.    Implement a maximum stocking density of 30kg/m2 or less. Thinning is discouraged and if practiced must be limited to one thin per flock.
3.    Adopt breeds that demonstrate higher welfare outcomes: either the following breeds, Hubbard Redbro (indoor only), Norfolk Black, JACY57, JA757, 787, 957, or 987, Rambler Ranger, Ranger Classic, and Ranger Gold, or others that meet the criteria of the RSPCA Broiler Breed Welfare Assessment Protocol.
4.    Meet improved environmental standards including:
a.    At least 50 lux of light, including natural light.
b.    At least two metres of usable perch space, and two pecking substrates, per 1,000 birds.
c.    On air quality, the maximum requirements of Annex 2.3 of the EU broiler directive, regardless of stocking density.
d.    No cages or multi-tier systems.
5.    Adopt controlled atmospheric stunning using inert gas or multi-phase systems, or effective electrical stunning without live inversion.
6.    Demonstrate compliance with the above standards via third-party auditing and annual public reporting on progress towards this commitment.

We are pleased to be part of this commitment as we believe it is important to work towards advancing animal welfare standards. We continue to review this commitment and our progress on an annual basis. Currently our suppliers are compliment with all EU animal welfare laws and regulations. We are on our journey to the 2026 BCC.

To date our suppliers have achieved:
•    Currently our chicken suppliers are working to a stocking density of maximum 39 kg/m2.
•    All chickens in our supply chain have permanent access to dry and friable litter, as per EU regulation.
•    80% of chickens in our supply chain are compliant to Thinning guidelines.
•    Currently, 80% of chickens have access to >50 Lux light intensity and have access to some natural light.
•    100% compliance to ECC Light Regime (as per EU legislation: ≥6 hours total, including, ≥4 hours of uninterrupted darkness).
•    80% of our chickens are compliant to the enrichment perch space and pecking substrate of ≥2m of permanently available perch space per 1000 birds and ≥2 pecking substrates permanently available per 1000 birds.
•    Electrical water bath stunning and CAS: Electrical water bath stunning is the main method used globally for the slaughter of poultry. There are, however, significant animal welfare concerns with this method and suppliers continue to look to incorporate other methods
•    All are compliant to air quality guidelines.
•    There is ongoing work to do by 2026 to review the compliance of breeds used.
