If for any reason you cannot fulfil your booking, please ensure you cancel online at least four (4) hours in advance.

Booking terms and conditions for festive and key dates are subject to change and will be released closer to the date.

We will be enforcing any local government guidelines and changes - management decision is final.

Party bookings may be booked either online or in the chosen TGI Fridays™ restaurant. All bookings must be made at least 4 days prior to the desired party date. Bookings made in restaurant may be made during opening hours until two hours before closing time;

All party bookings require full payment, priced at £10 per person, inclusive of adults. Any credit for adult guests will be applied towards the final bill or refunded to the card used for booking confirmation;

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the party booking date are entitled to a full refund;

Any amendment to a party booking must be made at least 48 hours before the party date;

All party bookings are for 90 minutes, and will not be extended for any late arrivals;

All parties require an adult aged 18 or older to be present for the duration of the session. A valid identification showing proof of age may be required by the Supervisor. TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to refuse participation for parties who fail to provide a responsible adult and proof of age;

Each party booking entitles guests to a Capri-Sun Zero on arrival, a dish from the United Tastes of America menu, and a Create Your Own Dessert. Dishes and Drinks are subject to availability;

each TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass costs £27 per person and is available at participating TGI Fridays restaurants in England and Wales and Scotland. A deposit of £10 per person is payable when booking;

each TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass may be booked online or in the relevant TGI Fridays restaurant. Bookings online must be made at least 7 days prior to the relevant TGI Fridays Cocktail Masterclass session. Entry Period:

Winner Selection & Notification
•    Winner will be selected via a random number generator and verified by an independent adjudicator.
•    Notification via direct message by 30th September 2025.
•    Winner must respond and accept the prize within 14 days or the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
•    An email address will be requested to coordinate prize fulfilment.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and issue up to three follow-up messages. Inaccurate contact details or failure to respond will result in forfeiture.

The Prize
•    Return economy flights from major UK airports to New York
•    Return private transfers from New York airport to hotel

Flights and hotel may be provided as vouchers instead of pre-booked arrangements and total value of flights and hotel are up to a value of £2500.

•    Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

•    Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this original win to them. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified.
•    The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, winners and applications and to refuse to award a prize or the offer, withdraw prize entitlement or the offer and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements, offer conditions or otherwise where a participant/applicant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion, the offer or won using fraudulent means.

This voucher entitles the bearer to food and drink to the value stated on this voucher at any TGI Fridays® restaurant in the UK excluding Northern Ireland. If no value is stated on this voucher, the value shall be deemed to be £10.

This voucher can only be redeemed once. Once the voucher has been redeemed once, no further value on the voucher will be carried over.

Change cannot be given for any purchase for less than the full voucher value offered for redemption.

The digital gift cards are issued by or on behalf of Liberty Bar and Restaurant Group Limited (trading as TGI Fridays UK) (“TGI Fridays ™”).

Digital gift cards may be used at any TGI Fridays™ restaurant in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and Jersey).
Digital Gift cards cannot be used at any Fridays And Go restaurant.
Digital Gift cards can only be used for dine-in orders; they cannot be used for Click & Collect or any third-party delivery orders.
They can be used in full or part payment for food and drink.
If a transaction exceeds the value on the gift card, the balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.
The value on a digital gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
If any value remains on a digital gift card at the end of a transaction, no change will be given but the remaining balance can be applied to future purchases before the expiry date.
A digital gift card is valid for a period of 18 months from the date on which it is loaded with value i.e. from the date of creation. If the gift card is not fully used within that time, any remaining value on the gift card will be forfeited with no entitlement to a refund or exchange and without any liability on the part of TGI Fridays.
Digital gift cards should be treated as cash; TGI Fridays™ cannot reimburse monies lost due to mislaid, lost or damaged gift cards.
Digital gift cards cannot be resold, transferred for value or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to refuse to accept or cancel a digital gift card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control) or where TGI Fridays™ believes in its sole discretion that the digital gift card is being used unlawfully or in bad faith or has been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice or discontinue the digital gift card scheme at any time.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to your compliance with these Rules and our Terms of Use. TGI Fridays UK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use, display, and download the Stripes Rewards App (as defined below) for non-commercial purposes only.

TGI Fridays UK have the rights to terminate, your rights and licenses granted to you, if these rights are applied you must cease all use of the App.

This TGI Fridays Stripes Rewards App (the “App”) is offered by TGI Fridays UK (“TGI Fridays UK”, “we”, or “us”). These terms and conditions (“Rules”) are additional to our generic Terms of Use and apply only to the Stripes Rewards App and the Stripes Rewards Program (as defined below) offered herein.

TGI Fridays UK offers the TGI Fridays UK Stripes Rewards Program (the "Rewards Program") to reward and thank our loyal restaurant customers. The Stripes Rewards Program is available to enrolled members at participating TGI Fridays UK restaurants in the UK only (this excludes Belfast which is not part of the UK franchise). Rewards accumulated under the Stripes Rewards Program are promotional and have no cash value. There are no membership fees associated with the Rewards Program.

You may only use the Stripes Rewards Program if you are over the age of 18 and by becoming a Stripes Rewards member you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and these Stripes Rewards App Rules.

You can enrol in the Stripes Rewards Program and create a Stripes Rewards account (“Rewards Account”) in one of the following ways:

Using your email address and sign-up process using TGI Fridays UK Stripes Rewards app,

Through your Facebook account using the Stripes Rewards App, or

By registering within the mobile application of a participating banking services provider that allows you to link your payment card to your Stripes Rewards Account.

Your Stripes Rewards Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others. You may have only one (1) Rewards Account.

As a part of the Stripes Rewards Program, TGI Fridays UK will send you transactional, informational, and promotional messages and/or offers in line with our Privacy Notice to the contact information that you provide as part of your registration.

These communications may happen in the form of push notifications through the Stripes Rewards App, email, and/or any other ways you may have selected when you enrolled in the Rewards Program. If your contact information changes, or if you wish to change your contact information or the method by which we send you messages, please log into your Stripes Rewards Account and update your contact information or preferences.

Members will earn and receive stripes toward rewards by making qualified purchases at participating restaurants and scanning the bar code on the receipt from your purchase with the built in scanner in the App or uploading manually.

You will earn one stripe per purchase of £1 or more. You will not earn a stripe towards an earned Reward if you spend less than a total of £0.99 in one transaction at a participating TGI Fridays UK restaurant. Stripes earned are rounded to the nearest pound. For e.g. if you spent £10.49 you would earn 10 stripes. If you spent £10.50 or above you would earn 11 stripes. You can track the stripes and Rewards you have already earned and that you may earn in the future by logging into your Stripes Rewards Account History. Stripes are valid for 365 days from the day they were earned after which they will expire.

If your redemption is unsuccessful when in the restaurant, you will need to flag this within the Help section of the app. This Reward will be re-gifted to your account. No refunds will be made available in the case of unsuccessful redemptions, or in cases where vouchers or Rewards were not received or expired at the time of purchase within the restaurant.

Members are able to earn and receive 100 stripes towards Rewards by sharing their individual Referral Code with friends and family. This Code must be entered by the referral recipient during signup and cannot be added any other time. The 100 stripes will be credited to you when the recipient makes a reward purchase and scans their first receipt to earn stripes.

Receipt barcodes are valid for one month from date of visit, after which they will no longer be able to be scanned.

If your receipt scan is unsuccessful at the time of purchase, please send a photo of it via the Help section within the app. Please note that we cannot accept any other receipts or statements in order to credit stripes, as we need the unique receipt barcode to verify your purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reward stripes for missing, forgotten, or lost receipts, or receipts not printed due to printer errors, unless the guest is able to provide the date of visit and the exact total amount paid. No alternative will be offered in the event that a receipt cannot be located.

Stripes cannot be awarded for Click & Collect or TGI Fridays Delivered purchases. Stripes can only be redeemed during dine-in visits.

Unfortunately, we are unable to gift stripes for Deliveroo or Just Eat orders.

Earned stripes will take up to 24 hours to credit to your account.

Reward for signing up will be delivered within 48 hours of download.

Members can also earn and receive stripes toward Rewards by using their payment card from a participating bank whilst it is linked to their Rewards Account to make a purchase. To earn points using this method, Members will need to link their payment card from a participating bank to their Rewards Account using the mobile application of a participating banking services provider. Please note that if a Member’s transaction is not paid for entirely with their linked payment card (for example, if a Member splits their payment with another guest) then only the amount paid for with the linked payment card will be eligible for stripes.

Cocktail or mocktail is for app user and up to 5 friends when ordering main meals. Does not include Ultimate cocktails. 

Birthday offer is only available using the TGI Fridays Rewards app. Reward is gifted 7 days before guests birthday. Guest must sign up more than 7 days before to receive and be eligible for the reward.

Cocktail is included within the price of your meal and cannot be used in conjunction with any app promotions, Stripes or rewards.

By accumulating stripes in your Rewards Account, you may unlock (a "Reward"), which you may redeem at participating TGI Fridays UK restaurants. Once you earn a Reward, you may start accumulating stripes towards another Reward. A Reward may not be combined with any other offer or coupon and cannot be substituted for any other item on our menu. Stripes are valid for 365 days from the day they were earned after which they will expire.

TGI Fridays UK reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the Rewards Program any Rewards Account that has been inactive for 3 years. Inactive is defined as no Rewards earned.

TGI Fridays is committed to operating high animal welfare standards and practices and, as one of the UK’s leading restaurant groups, we will only source meat from suppliers who share our commitment. As such, we require suppliers to demonstrate management of animal welfare from farm to fork and at any given time be able to provide the relevant information on request.

What we are already doing at TGI Fridays
We already require all of our meat suppliers to ensure that their farmers and producers comply with UK and, if applicable, EU animal welfare legislation for the relevant species.  We also support the Five Freedoms principles proposed by the Farm Animal Welfare Council on the protection of animals kept for farming purposes and insist that our meat suppliers are independently audited to ensure that they are following these principles. The principles are:
1.    Freedom from hunger and thirst: by having fresh water available, as well as a suitable diet to maintain health.
2.    Freedom from discomfort: by providing safe and healthy environment that has protection from the elements and a comfortable resting area.
3.    Freedom from pain, injury and disease: by prevention or rapid diagnosis and treatment
4.    Freedom to display normal behaviour: by providing sufficient space, proper facilities and socialising with other animals of their own kind.
5.    Freedom from fear and distress: by preventing overcrowding, and by ensuring conditions and treatment which avoid mental suffering.

We are conscious that our customers are becoming increasingly concerned and mindful about how their food is sourced and as part of our sourcing strategy, we endeavour to continue to source and improve the welfare of animals in our supply chain.

The Better Chicken Commitment
Here at TGI Fridays, we are known for our chicken and especially our famous sesame chicken strips covered in our secret legendary glaze. TGI Fridays is committed to improving chicken welfare standards and has signed up to the Better Chicken Commitment (BCC). We are committed to meet or exceed the standards set out in the BCC by 2026 for 100% of the chicken in our supply chain.

1.    Comply with all EU animal welfare laws and regulations, regardless of the country of production.
2.    Implement a maximum stocking density of 30kg/m2 or less. Thinning is discouraged and if practiced must be limited to one thin per flock.
3.    Adopt breeds that demonstrate higher welfare outcomes: either the following breeds, Hubbard Redbro (indoor only), Norfolk Black, JACY57, JA757, 787, 957, or 987, Rambler Ranger, Ranger Classic, and Ranger Gold, or others that meet the criteria of the RSPCA Broiler Breed Welfare Assessment Protocol.
4.    Meet improved environmental standards including:
a.    At least 50 lux of light, including natural light.
b.    At least two metres of usable perch space, and two pecking substrates, per 1,000 birds.
c.    On air quality, the maximum requirements of Annex 2.3 of the EU broiler directive, regardless of stocking density.
d.    No cages or multi-tier systems.
5.    Adopt controlled atmospheric stunning using inert gas or multi-phase systems, or effective electrical stunning without live inversion.
6.    Demonstrate compliance with the above standards via third-party auditing and annual public reporting on progress towards this commitment.

We are pleased to be part of this commitment as we believe it is important to work towards advancing animal welfare standards. We continue to review this commitment and our progress on an annual basis. Currently our suppliers are compliment with all EU animal welfare laws and regulations. We are on our journey to the 2026 BCC.

To date our suppliers have achieved:
•    Currently our chicken suppliers are working to a stocking density of maximum 39 kg/m2.
•    All chickens in our supply chain have permanent access to dry and friable litter, as per EU regulation.
•    80% of chickens in our supply chain are compliant to Thinning guidelines.
•    Currently, 80% of chickens have access to >50 Lux light intensity and have access to some natural light.
•    100% compliance to ECC Light Regime (as per EU legislation: ≥6 hours total, including, ≥4 hours of uninterrupted darkness).
•    80% of our chickens are compliant to the enrichment perch space and pecking substrate of ≥2m of permanently available perch space per 1000 birds and ≥2 pecking substrates permanently available per 1000 birds.
•    Electrical water bath stunning and CAS: Electrical water bath stunning is the main method used globally for the slaughter of poultry. There are, however, significant animal welfare concerns with this method and suppliers continue to look to incorporate other methods
•    All are compliant to air quality guidelines.
•    There is ongoing work to do by 2026 to review the compliance of breeds used.
